I made a decision over 15 years ago to completely change my career path and trained as a coach and I have never looked back. I really enjoy working with individuals and teams, helping them make the most of their talents and enabling them to have fulfilling careers. I absolutely love what I do: helping individuals identify career paths that allow them to be challenged and fulfilled and supporting them to excel in their chosen career journey. My executive coaching allows me to support individuals to enhance their skills and achieve success in their careers. My training is psychology based and I believe in digging deep enough into an individual's psyche for them to understand what is holding them back and, therefore, bring about lasting behavioural change. My coaching is always practical and tailored to the individual’s own situation, needs, and aims. My style is friendly and informal; however, I am unafraid to challenge or give honest feedback. I live in the Peak District and love taking my dog for walks in the hills. I am also a member of a not-too-serious choir and love performing informal gigs in the local area.
