With more than 15 years of career coaching experience under his belt, Noel is a Principal Career Coach overseeing a team of Career Coaches with the Workforce Singapore Agency (WSG).
Prior to that, Noel held the appointment of a Centre Manager, overseeing Career Centre operations and working closely with key community stakeholders and partners such as Grassroots Leaders, Voluntary Welfare Organisations and help agencies in rendering holistic assistance to clients.
Noel is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC) and is a WSQ certified ACTA facilitator. He is also a certified Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner .
