As a career coach listening, asking questions and motivating are the core competencies. Pedagogical eye helps to broaden coaching from individual viewpoints into building training and courses. At the university there are several stakeholder in the area of guidance: study advisors, career counsellors, tutoring teachers and students, study psychologists, thesis supervisors.
