Hi! I'm Dina, an ICF-certified career coach, and founder of Major Confusions, a career wellness studio dedicated to creating a healthier world where career well-being is treated seriously.

Before Major Confusions, I spent my career building products and teams from zero to one within HealthTech companies, from seed stage to IPO, in London, UK.

Working in mental health & health tech, I realised that people were burning out while working for a good cause. I also realised that people were so busy striving and serving, that they didn't have time to think and reflect and take ownership of their careers and their growth.
