The problems I solve are often the same across sectors. Attrition is rising. AI is changing how work is delivered. Policies are written but not lived. Leaders are under pressure to deliver results while keeping their organisations aligned.
What I do is create the conditions for leaders and boards to act decisively. Through coaching, I give senior leaders space to think, test assumptions and commit to next steps. Through strategic advisory, I work with organisations to align people, systems and culture so that leadership intent holds up in practice, stands up to scrutiny and sustains change.
