After years as a recruiter, I knew how the career system worked, but that didn’t make my own path any clearer. On paper, I was successful, yet inside, I felt lost. Searching for my next step, I realised how fragmented and limiting the career space was.
Coaches told me, "Everything is possible!". But didn’t provide a roadmap to get there.
