My name is Mustafa Toga, but everybody calls me Musti. My expertise lies in coaching, hiring top talents, business development, sales, negotiations and empathetic listening. I love to work with young talents and be the door opener and trusted advisor throughout the early stage of their career. It fulfils me to see how young graduates start with little expertise, but with great passion and drive, their career and grow like a flower over time. One of my biggest professional accomplishment is that we transformed our Inside Sales organization to a more Sales Academy program for the young potential. Throughout this program, our young potential team members build a foundation needed for a successful career in Sales or other departments within our organization. We grow the team from 7 to 60 team members over the last 3 years. Besides, I wrote a career book which is addressed to students and graduates. The book is aimed to help and guide job seekers through the interview process and land their dream job. Basically I summarize in this book all my experiences which I made over the last 10 years. And giving some insights from sales and the corporate world which are also important to consider in the interview process. After interviewing 500+ candidates so far, given 100+ young potential the opportunity to start their career with us, I collected a lot of memories which I would like to share with other people for them to be better prepared for their career start. I am always interested in progress and learning as I understood that progress is the most crucial pillar of happiness. In addition, I love to practice sport as it helps me to sharpen my mind, soul and body.

108 Coaching

I've spent 20 years in rooms with people at turning points — and what I've learned is this: the ones who end up doing work they love all start the same way. Not with a job board. With a project. I'm a career coach, counselor, and sound healer. I founded 108 Coaching to help awakened professionals stop performing careers that aren't theirs and start building work that actually resonates. My methodology is built on 20 years of coaching, a Master's in Counseling, and every tool that exists right now — including AI. I lead a team of 20 career coaches focused on tech placement, and I've worked with clients across every industry, globally. The number 108 is an alignment number. It shows up in math, science, and sacred traditions all over the world. 1 — you. 0 — space. 8 — infinite. That's the work: helping you tune your instrument to the frequency that's already yours, and then build from there. Before 108, I spent years in higher ed and edtech — developing 100+ university-wide events, managing 60 large-scale programs, and driving a 250% YoY participation increase. I know how institutions work. I also know why so many people inside them feel like they're playing someone else's game. Outside the work: the great outdoors , traveling, Pugs , live music, deep house, wellness raves, Burning Man )'(, sound alchemy, cymatics, performance art, and the kind of conversations that change how you see things. Find your frequency. Build what's yours. * maria@108coaching.com | 108coaching.com
