My career coaching story began with the Microsoft layoff in 2014. I was working with Lee Hecht Harrison’s outplacement team, alongside a dozen career coaches to help over 3,000 tech professionals land their next employment. My previous background was in the film industry, 3D animation, video games, and UX design. After leaving the tech sector, I found helping others going through a tough career transition after a job loss extremely rewarding. So, I stayed in this field. Today I work with mid-to-senior-level tech professionals who have recently lost their jobs and would like to use the layoff as an opportunity to pursue their dream careers. In the ever-changing job market, we must stay alert and keep up with the current state of technology. I understand that discovering how the post-pandemic economy has changed the current job market can be very stressful. Job seekers often feel pressured to learn new tools such as AI, modify or completely rewrite their resume and LinkedIn profile after they have been blissfully employed for several years, and start networking again to find their next employment opportunity. That’s why I’m here to help. Among many other things, I help my clients * Set goals for their dream career * Discover what sets them apart from hundreds of other candidates * Optimize their resume and LinkedIn profiles * Stop being intimidated by AI and use it to their advantage * Network their way into their next dream job * Ace their next job interview Want to find out what my past clients are saying?
