I build what doesn't exist—then grow it into something transformational. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve launched nonprofits, led coaching startups, and built scalable career pathway programs that serve everyone from under-resourced job seekers to high-performing executives. Whether I’m leading from a leadership seat, the classroom, or a grant-funded community pilot, my work lives at the intersection of 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹. At Jobtest.org, I advanced from part-time coach to Coaching Lead in 4 weeks, then to Interim CEO and Head of Coaching in under 18 months, helping grow the team from 10 to 35 remote coaches across two continents, while scaling our client base 9x. I designed onboarding, hiring, and performance systems to align coaching operations with outcome goals, and helped build AI-powered tools that support job seekers in identifying fit, customizing resumes, and acing interviews. As founder of the Computer Training Partnership, I wrote and managed over $500K in grant funding, designed career training and internship programs for marginalized adults, and built a licensing model that expanded into multiple states. I also co-led the launch of what became the Dress for Success Triangle NC affiliate and served as a long-time partner to faith-based organizations like Step-up Ministries and Jobs for Life, integrating workforce development and spiritual transformation. In between, I’ve worked as a higher ed instructor, a corporate trainer, a digital learning designer, and a career coach—with every step grounded in my commitment to building systems that help people thrive. What I’m known for * Cross-sector experience spanning startup, nonprofit, edtech, workforce, and faith-based innovation * Deep fluency in coaching, program design, grant reporting, and impact evaluation * A gift for building and leading high-performing remote teams * Turning complexity into clarity—with tools, syst
