Responsible for performing client's Objective Assessments to determine the participant's needs and possible lack of skills, education, experience, as well as, determining their life interests and goals. Recruited and performed case management duties for the WIOA Program in Allendale and Barnwell Counties, as well as assisted in Aiken County when called upon for assistance. Instructed various workshops such as, WIA Orientation/Overview, Resume Preparedness,Employability Workshops, Employer Expectation Workshops, Basic Computer,Typing, and Email Workshops, including issuance of Typing Certificates. Proctor of Workkeys Testing. Conducted job search services to assist participants on how to Search and Apply for jobs through SCWOS. Assured the resource room at The Barnwell Plus SC Works Center had current jobs postings and the means and tools to apply for those jobs.
