15+ years experience in Healthcare cultivating relationships with many providers, front-line staff, and healthcare organizations. MRHC's representative for the Mississippi Hospital Association's Emerging Leaders program, Vice-President of Membership for the Crossroads Human Resources Association, First United Methodist Church Administrative Council Chair of Family and Children's Ministries, Little Blessings Daycare Lead Team, and Cub Scout Den Leader. Managed and led numberous projects and teams both professionally and personally including serving as Past President of the Junior Auxiliary of Corinth, MRHC Administrator of the Day Program Coordinator/Chair, and with the MRHC Employee and Physician Engagement Surveys serve as the liaison between senior leadership, the administrators of the survey, and our employees. As HRIS Specialist- responsible for processing payroll changes within the organization including transfers, promotions, terminations, and pay rate changes. Serve on the Employee Retention Committee, Culture Club, and as Human Resources Joint Commission Chapter Chair. Daily assists the CPO by preparing reports and documents as needed. Knowledgeable regaring EEOC, ADA, FMLA, HR policies and procedures, unemployment insurance claims, and adept using on-line resources including HRP, TASS, API Employee Portal, Healthcare Source, Meditech, OSI, EncoderPro, and Microsoft Office Suite.
