Education should be a path to opportunity, but I’ve seen firsthand how systemic barriers, racism, and inequity often block that path—even for those who have done the work and earned the credentials. My career is dedicated to changing that. As a Senior Program Manager and Workforce Advocate, I don’t just "design programs." I work to dismantle the obstacles that keep talented, diverse learners from the roles they deserve. I blend 20 years of instructional expertise with a data-driven approach to ensure that education actually delivers on its promise for underserved communities. The Work in Action: Advocating for Outcomes: I’ve led coaching initiatives that resulted in $25K+ average wage gains, specifically focusing on empowering learners marginalized by the traditional job market. Designing for Equity: I use data analytics not just for "efficiency," but to identify where learners are slipping through the cracks and redesign curriculum to be truly inclusive and accessible. Scaling Impact: Whether overseeing counseling for 13,000+ students at Lone Star College or innovating career tracks at Merit America, my goal is to create systems that value talent over pedigree.
