Eddie Phua

As an accomplished career services professional with over a decade of experience in higher education, I am passionate about empowering students and early career professionals to thrive in today’s dynamic job market. Currently serving as the Deputy Director at NTU Career & Attachment Office, I lead strategic initiatives to enhance career support and industry partnerships, ensuring that NTU graduates are well-equipped for their professional journeys. Prior to joining NTU, I spent 11 rewarding years with NUS Business School, where I was the Senior Associate Director leading the Early Career Team at Career Services. My expertise spans career coaching, program management, industry engagement, and talent development, with a particular focus on early-career professionals. I have a deep understanding of the evolving demands of the workforce and am dedicated to helping students navigate their career paths with confidence. Throughout my career, I have cultivated strong relationships with industry partners, designed impactful career development programs, and mentored countless students and young professionals.
