Gilly Freedman

A career coach, executive coach, trainer and supervisor, with 25 years’ experience, nationally and internationally, I am deeply committed to providing quality support and achievement of results in my one to one career coaching, my group facilitation and CCS training of career coaches on accredited courses. Whilst I provide coaching to a huge range of clients, I am particularly passionate about coaching and career coaching doctors at all stages of their careers and I have a contract with the London PSU, part of the NHS. With experience and skills at every stage of career review, change or search, I help clients from exploring ‘who they are’ through to clarifying, visioning and action including CV writing and interview practice where relevant. Whilst I draw on a framework, structure and tools, my passion is for individualising provision and working collaboratively with clients to gain their objectives. I help clients and groups make the career changes they want and an important part of the process is enabling them to feel more positive, confident and resourceful. I am also committed to making quality career conversations a sustainable and effective part of an organisational culture through training HR and line managers. As well as offering career coaching to diverse individuals at all stages of their career, I specialise in career coaching doctors and women returners and as a qualified supervisor with Bath consultancy I offer one to one and group supervision. I'm well versed in offering one to one and group provision both face to face and online. Previously I have held positions as training manager in the City and prior to that worked for the British Council In Italy and Poland.
