Irene Adeyinka

I am an Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor who helps leaders navigate complexity with clarity. The problems I solve are often the same across sectors. Attrition is rising. AI is changing how work is delivered. Policies are written but not lived. Leaders are under pressure to deliver results while keeping their organisations aligned. What I do is create the conditions for leaders and boards to act decisively. Through coaching, I give senior leaders space to think, test assumptions and commit to next steps. Through strategic advisory, I work with organisations to align people, systems and culture so that leadership intent holds up in practice, stands up to scrutiny and sustains change. My perspective comes from more than ten years of coaching, senior roles in public services and global firms, and board-level experience with Goldsmiths University and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Governance and Inclusive Leadership. I am the author of Lead How You Want to Be Led and a regular voice in publications and conferences where I encourage leaders to rethink how they show up in today’s workplace.
