Leadership Development | Global Learning Design | Strategic Program Development | Student Always Leadership educator and student development strategist with 20+ years of experience designing inclusive, high-impact learning experiences that help students translate global exposure into leadership capacity, career clarity, and real-world readiness. I specialize in designing and facilitating co-curricular and experiential programs, from cohort-based courses and global learning experiences to leadership workshops, coaching, and student-led initiatives, that develop culturally intelligent, reflective, and adaptable leaders. My work sits at the intersection of student development, global engagement, and practical execution, partnering closely with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to bring complex programs to life. At Berkeley, I work directly with international and visiting students as they navigate cross-cultural transition, professional identity, and career strategy, treating global experience not as an add-on, but as a living leadership laboratory. Alongside this work, I am a doctoral candidate (ABD) in Leadership Studies, focused on how leadership learning is most effective when it is co-created with students in complex, global, and diverse contexts. My background spans education & nonprofit, environments—from executive pastor and COO to director of education—giving me a strong operational lens and comfort working across functions, priorities, and pace. I bring a balance of vision and detail, strategic planning and hands-on facilitation, and I care deeply about building programs that are both human-centered, future forward and execution-ready. At my core, I believe leadership education works best when students are treated as partners in the learning process and when global experiences are intentionally designed to build agency, perspective, and belonging.
