Jessica Kharka

Experienced Leader and Career Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics, insurance, sales and call center industries. Presently, my experience includes over 18 years in a variety of positions and lines of businesses at Apple. These groups include Tier1 and Tier2 Chat, Phone and Email support in Advisor, Senior Specialist, Trainer, Team Manager, Peer Mentorship and formal Coaching capacities, both on site and in remote locations. Prior to this, I’ve held positions in large call centers with knowledge in Health Insurance, Administrative Patient services, Retail Management and Sales. I also plan events, holding an event planning certification. In addition to this, I collaborate and partner with my son curating and reselling unique and vintage items using online platforms and at many in person vendor events. Remaining professional, communicative, organized, deliberate and detail oriented are qualities that have contributed to my success in each of these roles. I am a team player by nature, can work through ambiguity with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, solve problems and meet deadlines, while leveraging my ability to connect genuinely with others.
