Since 2014, supporting undergraduate and graduate students in their job and internship search has been at the heart of my work. I've engaged in hundreds of one-on-one coaching appointments, created educational programs and experiential learning opportunities, and managed funding opportunities. I bring strong leadership and project execution, empathy in building relationships among students, alumni, and the Yale community, and agility in spearheading new initiatives all to support students in their career exploration and job search.
Julia Bourque is a Career Coach at Yale School of Medicine, working within the Career Development Office.
