Currently serving as Dean of Theater at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, my contributions center on fostering leadership, innovation, and career sustainability within the theater division. This role involves shaping an environment that encourages the growth and development of aspiring performers, preparing them for sustainable careers in the arts. As a creative career coach at The Artistry Center and a former assistant dean at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), my emphasis was on developing curricula that blended professional preparation, entrepreneurship, and artistic exploration. Through The Artistry Center, I can focus on mentoring artists to develop clarity and confidence in navigating their careers at every stage and age.
