Currently: Founder of The Knowing Leader where I coach professionals in leadership, career, personal and business development. Previously: National Sales Manager for beauty / fashion / CPG startups. I trained and mentored up to 70 field sales reps at a time, hired, trained and onboarded in house sales reps and assistants, worked with buyers from independent boutiques to major retailers through branded, co-branded or private label sales, and oversaw shipping, warehouse, and inventory operations. Working in startups, I had to move fast, and learn fast. I experienced the highest highs and lowest lows and everything I've learned, mistakes I've made, and finally understanding what makes a good leader gets put into my coaching. My decade+ in sales, customer service and operations for retail and wholesale fashion and beauty startups paired with my coaching capabilities lends a unique set of skills and point of view. I believe in personalized and impactful coaching experiences that start with the leader internally and expands into strategic action.
