Customer Success, Customer Advocate, Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Manager, Coach, Mentor… I have been all of these in my career. My goal has been and will always be to create the best experience for my customers. To advocate for them when needed. To help them succeed by being proactive and resolving concerns before they become problems. Call it what you will. I call it doing my job. I know I have what it takes to be successful in any organization provided the company is willing to hire for aptitude and a winning attitude. Coaching: I love coaching because it brings my experience, strengths, and values full circle. When I went through the YouMap framework as an adult, my first thought was that I wish I had this information as a student. Now as a certified YouMap coach, my mission is to help students and transitioning adult professionals discover what makes them unique, maximize their potential, and build confidence through self-awareness to successfully select the best-fit career path while avoiding the common pitfalls resulting from choosing the wrong career path.
