My tools to do this are: Career coaching (online and face-to-face): I love to help people to understand what motivates them, what kind of know-how they want use and what are their strengths in working life. I know how to support customers to find their targets and how to start reaching them. Mentoring. Mentoring is a two way street so it's great way to share information, learn new and get inspiration. Mentoring is something that can be done in many ways and as a career coach I love to figure out different kind of ways to create services around mentoring. Coordination of wellbeing services. I feel a strong sense of meaning when in my work I get to coordinate services aimed at TEK members to support mental well-being at work.
