Michelle Rubin

As a former attorney, I developed strong counseling, problem-solving, and advocacy skills—experience that now adds depth and perspective to my work as a Career Coach. My passion for career development began in 2015, when I founded Momentum Matters, a professional women’s group dedicated to helping members reimagine, reinvent, or reenter the workforce through skill-building, accountability, and peer support. In 2019, I became a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and launched Momentum Career and Life Coaching, where I provide one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and workshops to help individuals navigate career transitions, clarify goals, and develop strategies for success. To expand my expertise, I completed the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) course through the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and earned the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential. As a Certified Career Services Provider and Board Certified Coach, I provide strategic career coaching that empowers individuals with the clarity and confidence they need to achieve meaningful career success. My mission is to help clients navigate transitions, unlock their potential, and build fulfilling careers.
