I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I have over 25 years as a mentor, trainer, coach and supervisor based on my career in the United States Air Force, Defense Contractor, and corporate Career Coach. I coach and mentor personnel across multiple job specialties using leadership and coaching techniques developed throughout my career. I am a skilled communicator who spent the bulk of my career advising senior leaders on the health and welfare of their organization. I am a skilled public speaker. I am authorized to administer and interpret Energy Leadership Index assessment as a Master Practitioner (ELI-MP); identified by Forbes Magazine as one of top three assessments for corporate executives. Additionally, I am a Certified Practitioner for Whole Brain Thinking using the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) for both individuals and corporate teams.
