Shannon Theobald is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey and an experienced Career Coach for high performing Individuals and those seeking new career opportunities. Shannon had a long career at Dale Carnegie successfully coaching & consulting with employees and managers, at all levels, to provide training solutions that met the strategic development needs of the team—and larger organization(s). Though Dale Carnegie Training provided Shannon core certifications, please note, Shannon does not offer Dale Carnegie specific training or materials in her current roles. Shannon provides clinical counseling services at her practice, Thrively Co. for individuals and couples. Shannon has completed all training to be able to provide EMDR Therapy for clinical counseling clients. Shannon has previous experience working in group private practices and for a non-profit mental health agency counseling adults with severe psychiatric illness--facilitating groups and individual counseling sessions. Shannon takes an interactive, supportive, and empowering approach to both counseling and coaching—but ultimately Shannon believes her clients are the experts on their own life and can decide what they are ready and willing to work on—because life is a series of choices that, in the end, only you can make. Regardless of setting, Shannon is dedicated to helping others find purpose and meaning in who they are and what they do, and uses a variety of approaches & techniques to facilitate this process, accommodating each client’s needs in an effective tailored way.
