HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in regional roles across Latin American markets, including HR Head, Talent & OD Head, and HR Business Partner in the pharmaceutical and retail industries, having worked with companies such as Bayer, Merck, Novartis and Farmamedica. I have also served as an HR Consultant for diverse industries, including the agricultural sector, which led me to join Pyxus International, a global company in the agro industry, where I currently serve as Global Senior Talent Manager. I'm passionate about driving the talent and organizational development agenda across multiple geographies, partnering with business leaders to achieve results in diverse, changing, and challenging environments. I've demonstrated resilience and a strong track record in developing, consolidating, and building strategic HR functions that drive impactful business results. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and have studied a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I'm certified in Change Management and as a Career Coach.
