Through my 22-year insurance career, I naturally gravitated towards mentoring others (unofficially and officially) and discovered through my last corporate leadership position that my passion is people—seeing the potential in them and creating an environment that allows that potential to be realized. As a longtime participant in and embracer of anything self-help related, I was ignited when I met my first coach, and I finally knew what I wanted to do when I grew up. I describe myself as a compassionate coach who will ‘get’ it and who will ‘get’ you. I’ve had a life of incredible highs and incredible lows; it was the lows that provided tremendous growth and grounding humility. My experiences have enabled me to deeply understand others and I use that sensibility to help my clients create higher frequency relationships in their personal and professional lives. My focus is relationship coaching with a goal to improve or move on from strained relationships. I also support clients through and beyond divorce. Having experienced divorce, I understand the terrifyingly uncertain territory my clients are navigating, and I understand the importance of having an unbiased, safe space for support. Recognizing that our bonds extend to our furry companions, I provide complimentary support to pet parents grieving the loss of their beloved pets. Since the age of 17, I've wholeheartedly embraced the role of a dog mom. Choosing not to have human children but opting instead to be a devoted dog mom, I intimately understand the profound void that surfaces when our animal companions depart from our lives. In navigating my own losses, I've developed effective methods to process the grief. It's genuinely a privilege for me to provide support to those who share a profound connection with their pets and to pay homage to these remarkable beings who enrich our lives. On a personal note...
