For the last 10 plus years I have been facilitating large and small groups regarding executive leadership development, starting a business, career decisions, job search strategy, personal, health, and major life transitions. I am equally comfortable helping people individually, in groups, or doing public speaking. I have International Coaching Federation (ICF) advanced training in coaching. Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Co-founder of a consulting company since 2014. Licensed Professional Counselor for nine years and Certified Yoga teacher for over 10 years.
