As a holistic and creative educator, advisor, and career coach, I bring together my background in counselor education, career development, and supervision to support individuals and teams in higher education and student affairs.My work is grounded in the belief that we thrive when our personal values, identities, and well-being align with our academic and professional paths. I support students in discovering meaningful directions. In earlier roles, I had the opportunity to mentor graduate students, peer leaders, and editorial teams—experiences that continue to shape my human-centered approach today.Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with 3,000+ students from over 40 countries across higher education and K–12. These diverse experiences fuel my commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and human-centered support.I weave together ancient wisdom and future-forward tools to help individuals design meaningful careers. From grounding practices like mindfulness, nature connection, and journaling to the use of AI-powered platforms, I support people in tuning into their inner compass while navigating a rapidly evolving world of work.
